A touch of whimsy

I thought this photo was perfect for the “touch of whimsy” theme on I Heart Faces this week. The setting was an un-birthday party for my baby — I flaked on his one year so thought I’d make up for it at eighteen months (who says there aren’t do-overs?). The whole idea was to set up a photo shoot that a one year-old could enjoy so I filled the table with cupcakes, cookies, and a cake. I think the little chipmunk grin on his face means it was a success.
