Doesn’t it seem like it just all hits you at once sometimes? I try to stay positive but today I’m leaning into, um, rage? Should I be listening to Rage Against the Machine?

Issue One: Sales are down. Like, REALLY down. What’s happening? {Algorithms are an everchanging mystery.}

So I’m working hard at upping my game. In addition to adding new designs, I’m updating legacy designs. {They’re new! They’re hot!} There’s always room for improvement. So I’m revisiting some with a clearer vision of what they should be.

I’m updating listings with new photos, better infographics, SEO fairy dust, etc.

I’m blogging. Love me; hate me; I don’t mind. Just read me 😉

Issue Two: I am NOT a programmer.

When you run a teeny tiny business with no budget for web development, you just DIY it. I get tech support when necessary, but the grunt work of developing and maintaining this website is all me. I HATE the tech stuff. Ugh. You don’t need to hear the details. It’s just over my head.

Issue Three: It just seems like there should be a third issue to complain about.

The crack in my windshield? The dishes in the sink?

Grumpy! I’m just grumpy!

We all go through it. I’m just going to ruminate a little longer. Then I’ll give thanks for all that I have. And maybe I’ll go pull some weeds.

PS. It’s not all bad. I got the kindest reviews today on Etsy. I hope you know how much those small business reviews mean to people like me. It’s the world.
